ERP for Retail & E-Commerce
In retail, the continuity between shop, warehouse and accounting decides your margin and your ability to deliver. We connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with your sales channels so stock, orders and payments come together without manual re-entry.
ERP for Retail & E-Commerce at a glance
A grown system landscape is typical for expanding retailers: a shop system, a separate warehouse program, spreadsheets for planning and an accounting team chasing documents. Every missing interface is replaced by a person — with the corresponding error rates and delays. Business Central unifies purchasing, sales, inventory and financial accounting in one system where every department works from the same current figures.
The real leverage is in the connections. We link shop systems such as Shopware, Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento bidirectionally with Business Central: orders flow automatically into the ERP, stock levels and status information flow back to the shop. Shipping providers such as DHL, DPD or UPS deliver labels and tracking straight into the sales document, and payment reconciliation via EBICS matches bank statements against open items automatically.
For multichannel retailers we add marketplace connections and the pricing and discount logic that the standard alone does not cover — as an upgrade-safe AL extension, so the semi-annual Microsoft updates can still be applied without friction.

ERP for Retail & E-Commerce: frequently asked questions
Can our existing shop be connected to Business Central?
As a rule, yes. For Shopware, Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento there are established routes via REST and OData interfaces. Custom-built shops can also be connected as long as the system provides an API or a structured data export.
Can we handle multiple sales channels in one ERP?
Yes. Business Central can bring branch retail, online shop and marketplaces into one inventory and order logic. A clean item and pricing structure is essential — we set that up with you before the channels are connected.
