Your Business Central partner in Europe
We implement Dynamics 365 Business Central, move companies off ageing Navision versions and build the interfaces and AI automation around them — for mid-sized companies and groups with entities across Europe. Remote by default, on site where it matters.
Working with us across borders
One partner across your European entities
A group with subsidiaries in several countries rarely fails on the software — it fails on coordination between local providers. We run implementation and support centrally, with one team that knows every entity's setup, rather than a separate supplier per country.
Multi-country rollouts without a template fight
Business Central handles multiple legal entities, currencies and localisations in one tenant. The work is deciding what stays global and what has to be local — chart of accounts, tax handling, document layouts — and then rolling that out entity by entity without rebuilding it each time.
Local compliance, handled per country
E-invoicing, tax reporting and retention rules differ by country and are moving fast across Europe. We implement the localisation each entity needs — German XRechnung and ZUGFeRD, Peppol across the EU, and the country-specific formats your entities are obliged to use.
English-speaking team, EU data residency
Project language is English where you need it, and documentation comes in English as standard. AI and cloud workloads run EU-hosted, under GDPR, which keeps procurement and data protection reviews short.
Remote-first, on site where it counts
Day-to-day work, development and support run remotely, so distance costs nothing. For workshops, key-user training and go-live we travel — those are the moments where being in the room changes the outcome.
A team you keep talking to
We are deliberately not a large organisation with an account layer between you and the work. The person in your workshop is the person who builds and later supports it, which is what makes remote delivery across borders actually work.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with companies outside Germany?
Yes. Our registered office is in Germany, and we deliver across Europe — remotely as standard, on site for workshops, training and go-lives. Project and documentation language is English wherever that is the working language.
Can you run a rollout across several countries?
Yes. Business Central supports multiple legal entities, currencies and country localisations in one environment. We usually start with one entity as the template, prove it in production and then roll out to the remaining entities, so later countries inherit a tested setup instead of starting over.
How do you handle country-specific requirements like e-invoicing?
Per entity. Business Central ships localisations for most European countries, covering the local tax and e-invoicing formats; Peppol covers a large share of cross-border exchange within the EU. We check which obligations apply to each entity and implement them where the standard does not already cover it.
Which time zone and language do you work in?
Central European Time, in English or German. That overlaps with the working day across almost all of Europe, so coordination does not depend on a narrow window.
Do you take over an existing Business Central installation?
Yes. Taking over from another partner is routine. We start by reviewing the existing setup — extensions, integrations, open issues and update status — and give you an honest assessment of what needs fixing before anything new is built on top of it.
Can you support a group whose head office is outside Europe?
Yes, provided the entities we serve are European. We frequently work as the European implementation and support partner for groups headquartered elsewhere, reporting into a central IT function in English.

Free initial consultation, 30–45 minutes, remote. An honest assessment — even if the answer is that you don't actually need it.
