Private AI Infrastructure

AI Infrastructure Sprint

You know you want to use AI — but not on which infrastructure, at what cost and with which data. The AI Infrastructure Sprint answers exactly that: in 5–10 working days you get a technically and economically solid target architecture — at a fixed price you know before commissioning.

AI Infrastructure Sprint at a glance

The result of the sprint is the AI Infrastructure Passport: a structured document that captures your current architecture, data sources and data classification, compares model and infrastructure options — including GPU and VRAM requirements, storage and scaling — and derives a target architecture with roadmap and business case. The exit strategy is part of it too: the passport documents how your AI stack remains migratable instead of tying you to one provider.

The sprint is not right for everyone — and we say so. If you just want to try out a chatbot first, you don't need an infrastructure sprint. The sprint pays off when an AI application is meant to go productive, sensitive data is involved, or the running costs of your current solution have become hard to plan.

After the sprint you have three paths — and all of them are open to you: you implement the architecture with your own team, you commission us with the implementation, or we additionally take over ongoing operations as Managed AI Runtime. The passport is yours. It is documented so that another service provider could work with it — that is intentional.

FAQ

AI Infrastructure Sprint: frequently asked questions

Still have open questions? We're happy to clarify them in an initial call.

What exactly is the AI Infrastructure Passport?
A structured results document with as-is architecture, data classification, model and infrastructure options, cost model, target architecture, exit strategy and roadmap. It is the decision basis for your AI infrastructure — understandable for management and IT alike.
What does the sprint cost?
The sprint has a fixed price that depends on the scope of your system landscape. We quote the exact price after a short, free preliminary call — before commissioning, with no surprises.
Are we tied to Central Solution afterwards?
No. The passport is yours and is deliberately documented so that your own team or another service provider can implement the architecture. If you want to continue with us, we'll be glad — but you are not obliged to.
Who is the sprint not suitable for?
For first experiments without production ambitions. If you just want to explore what is possible with AI, our AI consulting or a small application pilot is a better start — the sprint is for when things get serious.

Let's talk about your project.

Free initial consultation, 30–45 minutes, remote. An honest assessment — even if the answer is that you don't actually need it.
